VIPA International launches the Chinese Mandarin version of its website

The website of VIPA International is now available in Chinese Mandarin and can be easily accessed from China. Chinese companies and stakeholders with an interest in Vacuum Insulation Panels will now be able to follow the latest news on VIPs and learn more about the activities of VIPA International in their own language. Users can simply switch the language in the website www.vipa-international.org from English to Chinese Mandarin, or they can also access directly the newly registered Chinese domain www.vipa-international.cn.

VIPA International is a global association, representing the interests of the VIP industry worldwide. With this new opportunity, VIPA International wants to foster its presence and relations with Chinese companies and users of VIPs. Since its foundation in 2014, VIPA International always had a strong interest in the Chinese VIPs market: the first General Assembly of VIPA International took place in Nanjing, China, on 18 September 2015. Two Chinese companies (Suzhou VIP New Material Co. and Qingdao Kerui New Environmental Materials Co.) and one research institute (Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) are currently active members of VIPA International, and of course we are open to cooperation with other Chinese companies.

The President of VIPA International, Gregor Erbenich, stated that “VIPA International is extremely happy to be able to communicate with Chinese companies and stakeholders in an easy and clear way through the new website in Chinese Mandarin. China is a very important market for VIPs and we think that a multi-lingual website will support the global dimension of an international association such as VIPA”.

The Chinese Mandarin version of the VIPA International website will also be a valuable tool in view of the preparation of the new Chinese standard on VIPs. The website includes several information on VIPs, from case studies to overviews of applications, latest news on VIPs from Asia, US and Europe, an extensive bibliography with several studies on VIPs and information on the technical studies financed by VIPA International to support the standardisation process of VIPs.
