After completion, the project proved to have fully met the requirements with excellent insulation performance. In July 2014, the project was pre-certificated for the ‘Gold Award’ by DGNB (Sustainable Building Association) in Germany. It is the world’s largest pre-certification project for the DGNB ‘Gold Award’, and is also the first DGNB pre-certification ‘Gold Award’ under construction in Asia.
